When AI search names another shop
Customers still search Google. They also ask AI. If your public page is thin, both paths have less to work with. Another shop with a complete card and a complete homepage is easier to name.
What customers already do
On Google, some results now include AI Overviews. Google describes those overviews as an AI-generated snapshot with key information and links. The official help page is AI Overviews in Google Search. People also type the same local question into other AI tools.
We do not publish citation counts for those tools. We do not know how often a model names your shop. What we can see is the public page those systems are able to fetch.
What a thin public page looks like
No title. No headline. No phone. No contact path. No structured data. On the listing side, an unclaimed profile or a card with no photos. That is a short page and a short card. The next shop over may have both.
Get Found shows those homepage fields as found or missing. It does not invent a visibility score. The person who writes the 24-hour note looks at the listing the same way a customer would.
